Motor rotor laminations are precision-engineered electrical-steel sheets stamped or laser-cut and stacked to form the rotor core of an electric motor. By using thin silicon-steel lamination layers, the rotor reduces eddy-current loss, improves magnetic flux density, and increases motor efficiency and torque output.
